The cuisine is traditional and clean, you can enjoy an excellent tartare of raw beef or barely seared. In a scene reminiscent of traditional "bars", small tables, benches and large mirrors, we enjoy a walk around a dish well served. The cuisine of Bistro G is traditional but prepared with fresh products, to the seasons and the inspirations of the head. The regulars come back for the famous head of calf and old sausage from Troyes.
